The 2025 building holiday schedule is as follows:

On these days the building and the parking facility will remain closed. Tenants must use their Kastle FOB keys for building and elevator access. There will be no building services provided, including janitorial, engineering, valet parking and air conditioning. If you require air conditioning we must receive your order no later than noon on the preceding business day (if the holiday is on Monday, order by noon on Friday) and the current hourly rate of $120.00 will apply. You may order air conditioning by email to the Property Manager and Building Engineer.
