All moves must be scheduled after building hours: after 6:00pm M-F and any time Saturday and Sunday. Contact the building manager to schedule moves at least 48 hours in advance.
The moving company’s certificate of insurance must be on file with the manager prior to the move. The moving company and tenant are responsible for the protection of the path of travel used in the move and will be held responsible for damage. Tenant must use elevator #3 which is the car on the east end of the lobby with pads hung for protection. Pads will be provided by the building engineer. Moving vans may park in the ally on the East side of the building.
Please schedule a pre-move walk through with your moving company representative and the building engineer.
Tenant Move-in Checklist
- Provide requested move date to manager and schedule freight elevator use.
- Schedule pre-move walk with the building engineer and moving company.
- Provide moving company insurance certificate.
- Provide Tenant insurance certificate per lease requirements.
- Schedule a tenant orientation to review policies with the property manager.
- Complete the Tenant Information Form.
- Order building access key Fobs from Kastle Systems. Key fob order form.
- Order suite entry keys & rest room keys from Building Management.
- Provide exact tenant name and format for tenant suite sign and directory strips.
- Meet with ABM Parking to arrange parking contracts and card keys.
- Collect mailbox keys from Building Engineer.
- Notify USPS of new mailing address.
- Within 14 days of occupancy, review Tenant and Floor Warden Manual with employees.
Tenant Move-out Checklist

- Schedule a pre and post move walk through with Building Engineer.
- Turn in all parking and building access keys, fobs and mail box keys.
- Leave suite in broom clean condition.
- Provide property manager with forwarding address.
- Notify USPS of new mailing address.
