The Building does not permit animals such as dogs, cats, birds or animals of any kind to be brought into, kept in or about the Building (except for guide dogs, signal dogs or service dogs), for any reason whatsoever. A service animal is medically necessary and federal laws protect the right of the person to be accompanied by the service animal in public places. Any tenant who requires a service animal may be asked to provide documentation to building management.

It is the sole responsibility of Tenant to leash, clean up after and keep their animal quiet and under control at all times so that no occupant of the building is disturbed.
