Furniture, E-waste, wood and metal

The building’s trash bin will not accommodate furniture, e-waste, wood or metal items. Disposal of these types of materials will require you to contact a third party vendor. Cardboard boxes

Boxes should be removed by the delivery company such as in the case of furniture delivery. Other random boxes must be broken down by the tenant and will be taken to the dumpster as space allows by either the night cleaners or the day porter.
