Pinnacle Communications Services (Pinnacle) is the designated Riser Management Service Provider at 9440 Santa Monica Blvd.

Tenants are required to use Pinnacle when extending any telephone, internet, telecommunications and cable/dish services within the building.

All wiring outside of each tenant's space within the building shall either be installed by Pinnacle or Pinnacle shall accompany any other contractor or service provider.

Pinnacle is the only contractor authorized to pull cable from the MPOE to the building riser rooms on each floor and over to the tenant suite. Once inside the tenant suite, tenants may use their own vendor, or may use Pinnacle for this part of the work if desired. Access to the MPOE and the telecommunications closets on each floor is obtained by contacting Pinnacle.

When you require telecommunications services, please take the following steps:

1. Call the appropriate carrier, service provider and place your order for Telephone, Internet, telecommunication, Cable/Dish services from carriers and service providers such as AT&T, Time Warner or others.
   
   1. Find out from the service provider what type of circuits will be required to be extended to your server room or suite.
      
   2. Fine out when the service provider will be able to install their services in the MPOE of the building if not already located there.

At minimum please provide the following information:

1. Your Name
   
2. Your Company Name
   
3. Your complete address including street address, suite and/or floor number
4. Type of service(s) you need to be extended from the MPOE to your suite or floor(s)
   
5. Type of cable that you need to be installed for you
   
6. Contact information for your carrier(s) providing services to you.
7. The day and time that you need the lines extended by

It is the intent of this building policy to accomplish the following:

1. Control the integrity and security of the cabling infrastructure in this building
   
2. Minimize the possibility of damage to other tenant’s and the building’s own cabling
   
3. Enhance building security
4. Ensure all installed telecom wiring is tagged and documented properly
   
5. Adhere to applicable fire and other applicable building codes
   
6. Properly remove and dispose of abandoned cabling as require by building fire code
   
7. Limit liability for all parties
8. Be better prepared for emergencies
