Building operating hours are 8:00am to 6:00pm Monday through Friday and 9:00am to 1:00pm on Saturday. However, the main lobby entry doors and elevator access are secured at the following times.

Tenants use a building electronic key Fob to obtain access at the lobby entry and the elevators. Tenants obtain a key Fob by contacting a customer service representative with Kastle Systems, (310) 645-0222 Monday Friday 8:00am to 6:00pm or email to lacsemails@kastle.com.
How to gain access if you have forgotten your FOB - Call the telephone number located next to the proximity card reader to the right of the exterior of the lobby alley doors. This will connect you to Kastle Systems. Provide them your name and company name or your FOB number. It is a good idea to save your FOB number (the number located on your fob key) in your cell phone. If you are coming in through the parking garage, you can press the telephone button inside the elevator to be connected directly to Kastle Systems.

Tenants with parking passes have access to the parking garage 24/7. Tenants control programming of their Kastle Systems fobs for building and elevator access to their floor and may have 24/7 access.
