The building provides air conditioning/heating during regular business hours, 8:00am - 6:00pm M-F and 9:00am - 1:00pm Saturday.

Tenants requiring after hours air conditioning may order it by calling the building manager or engineer with a follow up in writing by noon or by noon on Friday for weekend service. The current billing rate for after-hours air is $120.00 per hour.

Saturday air conditioning is only provided upon request, including for the hours you receive air by lease. As an energy saving measure, we will turn on Saturday air only when requested. You will be charged for the hours outside of those provided for in the lease, being 9:00 am -1:00pm.
