Building Management is dedicated to maintaining a clean and safe environment for the comfort and enjoyment of our tenants. The building is cleaned nightly Monday through Friday starting at 6:00 pm by Environmental Service Concepts (ESC). Nightly cleaning includes dusting, vacuuming, spot cleaning glass and carpet, sweeping and spot cleaning hard surface flooring, and emptying trash. Cleaners should not move personal items on desks and file cabinets or touch computer equipment. We also staff a full time day porter, Marvin, who is available to assist with spills or cleaning problems in your space during the day. You may contact the day porter by submitting a Service Request.
