The building is equipped with three passenger elevators serving floors P3 to Lobby and floors 3-8. There is no designated freight elevator. When required for moving or delivery of furniture, please notify the building engineer who will install padding on Elevator #3 to be used for freight purposes.

The elevator cab dimensions are:
Door - width 3’ 6" height 7’
Cab Interior - width 6’ 8", height 8’ 5”, depth door to hand rail 4’3”
Weight limit each car - 2500 lbs.

Elevator Entrapment Procedures

Should you become trapped inside an elevator, do not panic. Push the telephone button on the elevator button panel and wait for the 24 hour monitoring company to pick up. Tell them you are inside the elevator and need assistance. Give them your name and company name and your cell phone number for a secondary way to contact you during the event. They will contact the elevator maintenance company and property management. If this occurs after business hours, it may take an hour or two for the elevator technician to drive to the property and release you from the elevator. Please relax and be patient. Do not try to pry open the doors and climb out.
