The Building Engineer can assist with the repairing of most locks and door hardware and provide additional copies of keys. Should an outside vendor be required for repair or re-keying of cylinders, the building requires use of our building designated locksmith, A1 Bonded Lock and Key. You may request services by submitting a Service Request. Each additional key is charged at $6.00 and will appear on your rent statement.

All door hardware and keys installed at 9440 Santa Monica Blvd. must be pre-approved in writing by Management and must be building standard. Tenants may not duplicate keys or change locks independently.
